Shipping & Payment Terms

Shipping and prices for packages:
AT-Austria 5.00€
DE-Germany 9.90€
EU countries (without AT and DE) 15.00€

Delivery:
Delivery periods are only binding if they have been agreed in the order confirmation.
If the delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Messerschmied Pfaffeneder's control, the delivery date is tacitly extended by the appropriate period of time necessary to remedy the situation.
If such reasons last for a period of more than five months, the contract can be terminated by either party. Insofar as the reasons listed lead to the impossibility of delivery, both contracting parties are entitled to terminate the contract.

Terms of payment:
All payments are due 14 days after invoicing without deduction. We reserve the right to demand advance payment.
For deliveries, we require payment in advance by bank transfer.
If payments are not made on time, Messerschmied Pfaffeneder reserves the right to cancel subsequent orders or not to deliver.
Custom-made products and one-off products are only produced after payment has been received.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. • Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
