Information according to § 19 paragraph 3 AStG
According to § 19 paragraph 3 AStG, if we cannot reach an agreement with the consumer in a dispute, we have the consumer on paper or another permanent data medium (e.g. e-mail) to the responsible office for alternative dispute resolution, hereinafter referred to as AS office , to point out.
At the same time, we have to indicate whether we will participate in a procedure.

We are not interested in online dispute resolution in the event of an incident and will not usually take part in this procedure!
