Cleaver Damascus steel
A cleaver is a large, rectangular, usually double-sided knife, in our case suitable for boneless meat and finely chopping vegetables.
This version is a thinly ground blade and is not suitable for chopping!
The blade is forged from 1.2842 and 1.5634 carbon steel, if there are other wishes in this regard - please specify in the notes or call us.
