You will receive the exact one-of-a-kind piece shown in the photos. The wood block is not perfectly stabilized and has cosmetic imperfections (see image 2).

What does “Stabilized” mean?
The wood offered here has been enhanced through a particularly elaborate stabilization process. First, air is removed from the wood using a vacuum. Then, a specially developed resin is forced deep into the material under pressure.

As a result, the wood becomes highly resistant to food juices, blood, sweat, etc., making it very hygienic and low-maintenance. No additional care is required.

Processing information
The material is easy to drill, sand, and saw, making it ideal for further custom knife projects.
